DELIVERY CONDITIONS & SHIPPING
OPTION: A-POST SHIPPING
We deliver your order directly to your home by post or logistics and charge you a shipping fee of CHF 08.00 per order within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This includes shipping and packaging costs. If not all items can be delivered at once, the costs for an additional delivery will be borne by us.

Prepayment by credit card or Twint.
REFUND POLICY
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Please send us your cancellation within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Timely dispatch is decisive. We will refund the full amount of the order or, in the case of a partial cancellation, the amount of the article as soon as we have received and inspected the goods. You bear the return costs. Should you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, we will send you a replacement upon request. We shall bear any return costs. We reserve the right to deduct compensation for possible damage or wear and tear from the purchase price to be refunded.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
